My wish is to share my love of Yoga with you. To provide a space to explore it‘s non-competitive quality in a society driven by so much competition. To teach you there is always space in your life to breathe, slow down, reconnect & build internal and external resilience.

I divide my time between teaching group classes & private tuition in and around Harrow. I have 15 years of teaching experience and 35 years of personal practice to share and I continue to learn and grow as I get older, changing my practice to suit my changing body.

Several weekly classes are available in Harrow-On-The-Hill, Eastcote and online.
